2: Decisions choose what we do in life. Decisions change depending on a situation, when make a decision at a extreme moment chances are Leaders will make a really really dumb decision. Chances are Leaders won't go with there own decision but other people's decision's. If it was a non extreme crisis Leaders won't , take the situation very serious. That's the only time leaders will make their own decision. That's how certain decisions make leaders change there own opinion.
ReplyDelete3: In my opinion it doesn't because of the amount of stress that it can cause to a person. Their decision only would care about there own name, they don't care about the people around them. The only time they would care care bout other people is when they don't have a solution to a certain problem. To conclude ,crisis doesn't help leaders to improve their decisions because crisis makes leaders think much faster and the faster they think the more risky their decisions can be.

ReplyDelete2. I think these these decisions could have changed if leaders can make them in a non-crisis situation by inspiring others to do better in life. Helping others succeed instead of letting them fail. Some decisions that one makes are major decisions and they could be about our future. Think what is there that you need to know. Don't hold back on your future , go for what you know is best. There's a lot of small decisions that we don't make , but make up your mind and make them. Leaders can help others in many ways. Leaders can also help them selves become a better person. Many of us don't go for what we want because we wait for other peoples approval. Make a new experience for yourself , go through something different.
ReplyDelete3.Crisis detracts based on the leaders decisions. The leader is the main part when it comes to a catastrophe , he/she makes all the decisions and they either help or don't. If there was a natural disaster that occurred it would be the leaders task to help the disaster become better in every which way.
2. It depends if it is on a crisis or not. It also matters on the leader. If the leader doesn't believe in themselves the are going to make a bad decision. If they has to make a decision on a non-crisis situation they can do two thing. One is making a good decision and thing about it. Another one is that they get to lazy and they make a bad decision or don't even decide. These are the ways I think leaders will make a decision on a crisis and on a non-crisis situation.
ReplyDelete3. I think that a leader will make a better decision on a non- crisis situation. I think this because they have a more time to think about what they want to do. So, I think a crisis detracts a leader's decision. So, I think that in a crisis situation they will have a lot of stress and they might make the wrong decision.
2.I think decisions might have change for a leader if they can make non-crisis situations because it would be an easier crisis of decision. It would also be a non dangerous situation. For example when you have to make a decision between being a successful man or a "thug" you would most likely pick a non-crisis decision. You would most likely choose the being successful decision. The non-crisis decision would be chosen because you would want to make a decision that would be easier and safer for you.
ReplyDelete3.Crisis may improve on the decision leaders make because it depends on what decision they had make.If they made a non-crisis decision it would change majorly because it would've been the best option for them.It would be the best decision because it would be easier on yourself.

ReplyDelete1. I think that those decisions might have changed if leaders could make them non crisis by telling them self that any type of crisis come with the territory of doing anything to show the struggle of doing something well. But when they could make it with no crisis then they would have a better chance at getting to where they want to go faster. And things may come easier and they would be able to accomplish everything without no doubt of falling anything. Also people wouldn't hate on others because if they wanted the same thing it would be easier to do that and the world may even have less crisis. like being a star and rapper or maybe even a singer with no crisis it would be a better chance of them being a star.
ReplyDelete2. Crisis improve because you need to have trouble in any type of situation to know if your doing something wrong youll be able to fix it but if you don't have any crisis then you'll find things harder to do.
#2)I think there would have been some leader's who stayed the same and some that have changed.I think some would have changed because it's not a life or death situation so they might think that it's not important. They will still be some leaders that with out a shadow of a doubt will remain the same because there leaders. If they stay the same that mean's that they are really true leaders. Some of them that were leaders could just showing out for someone or they think they have no choice And or they are miserable and have nothing to loose.
ReplyDelete#3)If they real leaders it wouldn't matter what situation there in there still gonna make the right decisions. It could be a decision about if there sick and they have a choice to go to work because you need the money they will make the right decision.Good leaders will make a good choice for other people and them self also.

2. I think that these decisions might have changed if leaders could make them in non-crisis situations because many people will judge you with the decisions that you make but as long as you're happy with what you decide to do then you shouldn't care what people have to say. At the end of the day if you like what you've decided then you shouldn't depend on other people. If you want to make a difference in your life then you got to make a decision. And you shouldn't miss an opportunity to decide something that'll change your life, because they're a lot of decisions that we don't make. Once you make a decision the universe conspires to make it happen.
ReplyDelete3. I think that crisis distracts leaders from the decisions that they have to make because experiences that we have that prevent us from working through the decisions we have to make is difficult. And you can't let anything stop you from doing what you want to do. There might be things that happen to us along the way but you can't let those things distract you to make a decision in life.
1. N/A
ReplyDelete2. If these leaders were in a non-crisis situation the decisions, in my opinion would have changed drastically. Firstly, since it was a crisis the leaders could have been panicking and made a decision without thinking it through. If it was a non-crisis situation the leaders would have been calm. For example, if someone was to attack then leaders would attack back right away without thinking. In conclusion, the decisions vary of the situation.
3.In my opinion crisis could do both but it detracts more. I believe this because they could make a decision out of fear and not think it through. Also, they could made a bad decision because they were stressed or pressured. In a non-crisis situation they can think about if it is a good or bad idea
2) If leaders had to make decisions during no-crisis situation they wouldn't have to risk thing. Like peoples life or homes they will just focus on the good things. There decisions would also change because they wouldn't have to make so much choices that they don't pay attention to everything around them. It would more easy to handle things.
ReplyDelete3) In my opinion crisis can be both because they can fix or not. It depends on what going on if its extremely bad or not so bad. They sometimes fix things but it goes back to how it was. Also depends if the leader is willing to work on it nonstop.

ReplyDeleteA leader that made an extreme decision is George bush on 9/11/01. When the terror attack happened on the twin towers. During this crisis everyone was so upset that he had to make a vast and rash decision. The decision was to go to syria and attack completely so many innocent lives were lost, so many were just bystanders. SInce then Isis has grown stronger and is a big threat to our country. Most people believe they have become stronger and bigger is because they're country now supports them due to the harm the United states caused. If the situation was handled with less anger and more thought towards the future the united states could have had a better handle on the situation.
3. Crisis's detract from a leader's decision. they detract because if they are a great leader they are expected the right decision and the right decision fast. With that weight on their shoulder they have to make a choice fast ion what's best regarding the situation in the moment rather than in the future.

With that weight on their shoulder they have to make a choice fast ion what's best regarding the situation in the moment rather than in the future.
2) If people in non-crisis situations could make decisions they would make careful and better choices because they wouldn't be under pressure or in danger. I feel as if people make bad decisions because they want to satisfy others or show others what they want to see. Sometimes deciding can be a major challenge because you don't know whether to take risks or not. Also, making decisions can actually help you in a good way but you can't be scared to take actions because acting is the fear of failure.
ReplyDelete3) I feel as if crisis detracts the decisions leaders make. The reason is being if you are in trouble you'll probably have no idea of what you're doing so you'll do whatever and make the wrong decisions. Sometimes making a decision is taking a risk.
2. If leaders made extreme decisions during non-crisis situations, they would have much more success then they have right now. If those decisions effected the world extremely, then what about those little decisions in life? The little things in life matters, no matter if it seems like it won't solve anything. Little things like those decisions can effect the one persons whole entire perspective on life. For example one of the leaders I see in my life is my teacher Mr. Nunley. He made the decision in his life to either choose the path of failure or the path of success. He made that decision and he is succeeding in life. Another example is our president Barrack Obama. He made little decisions and it effected the whole United States of America. It doesn't matter how big or small the situation is you have to make a decision in order to move on to the next level. Making these decisions require acting upon it, and not backing out because of the fear of failing. That is what I think.
ReplyDelete3. During crisis situations there are benefits and non-benefits that improves other people's decision making. Sometimes in crisis situations people tend to work faster while being pressured. Others tend to not use there mind and doesn't notice how there decisions will effect both sides of the story. This is how I view it in my own perspective. That is my opinion based on myself.
2.People that become great leaders and people look up to no matter what they did to become who they are as in they were either were in tough times or not tough times.Anybody can be a great leader no matter how hard it is what decision they made what sacrifices to become who they are what you are as in poor or rich has nothing to do with not being able to become a great leader and successful.I believe that its the decisions you make sacrifices you made and believes you have.If you are in any situation a crisis or not its not all about the situation it is about the decision you'd make.
ReplyDelete3.If in any situation you are in then at that time no decision is a bad all is good and worth what you need to do.All sacrifices will pay off and you will be what you work hard for.there is no nee to feel bad or you're decisions if what sacrifice you made is really worth making sacrifices hopefully the person forgives you or understands and for you things you use too and all changes will pay off as well as sacrifices.
2) If a leader were to make a decision during a time of crisis, they would feel a lot of pressure. However, if they were to make a decision in a non-crisis time they wouldn't feel too much pressure. Deciding to act is a major challenge for everyone. Sometimes making decision is hard because we want everyone to like us, but in reality you can't get everyone to like you because there will always be haters. If you want to make a difference, all you have to do is to make a decision.
ReplyDelete3) In my opinion, crisis situations improves the decisions the leader makes because there is more stress on them to try their best and make the correct decision. In order to overcome all the stress, you must believe in yourself. Don't be afraid of failure. Lastly, if you want to make a change, all you must do is make a decision.
1.Many leaders have made many decisions but not always do they come out as they expected. Some decisions might have changed their person and their mindset, why? because they are now beginning to use their time and take a step further and make a change in their life. Changing into non-crisis situations is training your self to do the right thing and be the better person. it all matters to you and whether you make a change and make a decision on moving further. These decisions might change if they start to change their lifestyle and change their mindset.
ReplyDeleteAnother way they can change is by using their past experiences into an example. Whether you were in a crisis or not you should still have the same potential to act and make a decision. You must learn how to get your life together no matter what the circumstances are because everything that happens will be temporary and you still need to plan your route to your goal. Their decisions might have changed if they know what everything was going towards.
3. According to many of the disasters that have happened before decisions do differ and they all affect the person making an act.It affects the people because it brings them a lot of pressure and doesn't let them think everything through. They all worry about making everything better and don't think about what can happen after or what it can cause.
1. I think some of the extreme decisions some leader had to make could have changed a lot. I think they could've changed because if the are going to make a decision they have to have time to think. You cant make a decision if you are in a hurry or you have a short period of time to decide. If you are in a crisis and you have to choose someone as a leader or protector you might not choose the right person because you might only focus of some of there abilities and not all of them. You might choose a leader that is smart and knows how to protect everyone or you might choose a horrible leader who is going to get everybody caught or killed. On the other hand if some leaders didnt have to make a decisions in a crisis they would probably make am better decision and focus on everybody's skill and what they are especially good at.
ReplyDelete2. I think crisis does detracts leaders from making good decisions because it can cause stress to them and then they cant focus on making the right decisions. The leaders also may have a short period of time to make a decision and if they don't choose the right one something very bad can happen to the people who were counting on him to make a life changing decision. In conclusion crisis changes the decisions people have to make dramatically.
2) If leaders had to make a decision in a non-crisis situations it would take longer for them to act. It would take longer for them to act because they would want to be sure that they wont . If they act on someone else decisions they wouldn't like to do something they didn't decide on. Most leaders in life became successful because they made there own decisions. A lot of leaders spend most there time making decisions that will help them go about a situation they have.
ReplyDeleteAn example is that students have to make a decision on what to do with there life. They also have to decide on how to do what they want to do. Students will also have to make decision along the way. There may be obstacles in there life that may take them off tract. The students will have to find a way to get back on tract.
3) Crisis may cause leaders to improve there decisions because they have to think faster. Once they think they may have multiple ways to go about the situation. Then a leader will have many different ways to go about a decision. They would have a plans.
2. I think these decisions might have changed if leaders could make them in non-crisis situations by working through thew mental block of acting of doing things that they we ought to do. The fear of failure is preventing us from acting. For example, if you`re trying to improve something and you keep thinking that you`re going to fail, then you have to get that out of your head and instead keep in mind that you can achieve. If wanting someone`s approval keeps us from working hard, then we have to know that that their opinion do not count in our lives and we sometimes do not need others to help us out because all we need is ourselves to improve and make something out of it. Also, if our past is making situations harder, then we have to let it past because it already passed and no we have to be working on our future.
ReplyDelete3. I think crisis detract leaders from the decisions leaders make because if a leader is experiencing stress, his or her mental abilities will be diverted from the task at hand. It can help improve the leaders make decisions , but they can lose time and they might not have the right ability to make it happen. To increase control over the situation, the leader can do one or more of improving task structure and make more position power.
1. When leaders make decision during a crisis they are pressured and do whatever will help them in the moment. If a leader were able to make decisions in a non-crisis situation, they wouldn't be pressured and they would know the outcome. Their decision would be more thought out and they would benefit from it in the future not only in the moment. To add on, if they were to make decisions without a crisis they would possibly change their mind continuously. Furthermore, they would only decide to do the things they are comfortable with. For example, if someone was making a decision for something that will happen in the future, they would find a way around the situation. Moreover, they would make excuses and find they easy way.
ReplyDelete2. In my opinion, I think it depends on the situation. Sometimes, crisis is a good thing because they do exactly what they need to do. Too add on, they don't try to find the "easy route". On the other hand, sometimes its best to have time to think somethings through, so they won't regret their choice.
the decisions would not be as dire but there are normal everyday situations can easily become dire and our leaders are not prepared for that to happen.Let me give you an example. Seven people are climbing a mountain they all carry long sharp knives sometimes you have to make decisions that gives up one thing to save everything else these climbers have a long rope that is tied to each of their waists Joe slips and his weight will bring every body else down with him so they make the dire decision to cut Joe's rope to save six live in turn for one.
ReplyDeleteTo be able to make a decision in a crisis all depends on the ability to think fast on your feet a oil spill requires you to evacuate rom the site and all he surrounding areas there old be very many different options but not enough time to think themall through.
1). I believe that it would change because it would be less stressful towards these leaders. Some of these leaders have a lot of responsibility such as to much wise decisions to better there lives. They must be close minded and not let anyone bring them down. A leader must make decisions and be independent. These leaders must be confidence and concentrated. We must take over control like our leaders or you yourself must become a leader.
ReplyDeleteDont do things so people will like you you do it for yourself. Also your hard work and effort is worth every minute of every second. Dont wonder to yourself why you havent accomplished the things you wanna get up and go for those dreams and turn them into your future. All decisions must become major decisions. Say you will do it be a leader today.
2).The decisions the leaders make such as presidents are based on is it the best thing for other peoples future. This depends on will it make peoples lives better . Becoming a leader is not easy but you must set your mind towards it.
1. What you have to do is make a decision because without a
ReplyDeletedecision you can't make a difference. Its like if you want to do
something but for some reason or another you've been holding back on
it. You haven't been able to gather your nerds or haven't been able to
just do it. Justifying or blaming reason after reason but you just
haven't done it. In order to reinvent your life you've got to make a
decision or it will stay the same.
2. If you want to do something you've got to make the right decision
to be able to make a difference. If you want to make a difference you
have to make the decision and put a lot of thought in to it. if you
have been choosing the wrong decision all you have to do to make a
difference is choose the right one and continue on that path.

have been choosing the wrong decision all you have to do to make a

2.I think that these decisions might have changed if leaders could make them in non-crisis situations because they will change a lot. In a crisis situation the leader and everyone else would be panicking so it would be hard to think. If it is hard to think then you cant make any decisions on what to do so you will have to decide on what to do really fast but it will be hard since there is a crisis. If you are in a non-crisis situation then you will have plenty of time to think. You will have plenty of time to think because you will not be panicking. Since you are not panicking then the decision you make will be easy.
ReplyDelete3.In my opinion I think that crisis detracts the decisions that leaders make because in a crisis the leader will be panicking and not know what to do. The leader will have to think of a decision to make, but it will be hard to think of one because the person will be panicking in a crisis. I also think that it doesn't detract or improve the decision a leader makes if the leader is calm in the crisis. If the leader is calm then it will be a little bit easier for them to make a decision.
2. I think this decision might change if the leaders dose something that would make every body want to do it. That would make every body feel confidences about them self. For example to give a good reason why we should do this. Why we should keep on trying to not fail.Because if we fail we have to do it again in tell we can get it right.
ReplyDelete3.I think during a crisis a leader would know what to do.Because the person would not really care. And because they would want other people approval.
2. The decisions leaders can make in a non-crisis situations are key. They make some that benefit their lives like pushing there selves to work harder. Many of the great leaders of team are known by what they do. They act on there decisions because of someone else will decide for them they wouldn't want to be doing something they didn't decide on. The great leaders in life became great people because they made there own decisions.
ReplyDeleteFor example teachers make decisions on there students work to give them the right amount of credit on the assignments, the students work is the way they get there grades. The non-crisis decision would be chosen because you would want to make a decision that would be easier and safer for you. An example is that parents make the decisions for there kids. Many parents believe that the decisions they make for there kids are good for them. There will be obstacles that stop them from what they want to do.
3. The decisions leaders make regarding war is a big thing for leaders it's a big crisis. Crisis does affect the decisions they make because war is big decision to make. The only time they would care care bout other people is when they don't have a solution to a certain problem
2. The leader might have had taken the decision as seriously. If a leader thinks they have time they might just not take up as much time thinking about the decision. But being a leader comes with the responsibility of being able to make decisions in a crisis situation. And when in a crisis situation with very little time to think the leader's choice might be influenced by other people. This is because when there is a little bit of time the leader will look to other people to help him/her with the decision.
ReplyDelete3. I think crisis can either detract or improve a leader's decision. It can be either or depending on the leader and the crisis. Being in a crisis shows a leader's true skill. It shows the people whether they made the right decision by following/choosing/electing the leader. A crisis can be the up-rise or downfall of a leader.
2) What makes a leader a leader is that they work hard so they can inspire others to do the same. They also see what people doing wrong and then help them do better. Some decisions have made your decision so you have put all your work into it . They want people to like them but that's not possible because their going to to be some haters in your life .If you already fail you don't want to fail again the pain of that the disappointment , the fear of that is another thing. When you have determination and you know what your doing is right that's gets you your life.Your going to get thrown to the ground so your going tom prove to them that you can get back up and be better than you did before. Its going to be hard so you have to put your best effort in it .We don't want to hurt anybody because they are not all going to a prove .You have to make a decision for the rest of your life .
ReplyDelete3)Don't let anybody stop you.People are all different for a reason .No one contals your life you do .Do everything the way you want .Be the person who wants to be the best and achieve more .
2. Sometime decision big, major and small decision. Some decision help us or those decision are bad decision. We make are decision it is our life this is what make us human. Chances are Leaders won't go with there own decision but other people's decision's. Think what is there that you need to know. Don't hold back on your future , go for what you know is best. There's a lot of small decisions that we don't make , but make up your mind and make them.
ReplyDelete3.Their decision only would care about there own name, they don't care about the people around them. think this because they have a more time to think about what they want to do.There decision met make a different sometime.
